- Downhill Speed Limit and Anti-rollback Function: When going downhill, the vehicle does not exceed the maximum allowable speed; speed is limited when stationary on an incline.
- High Pedal Detection Function: When the controller is powered on, it enters a protection state when the accelerator input exceeds the accelerator dead zone; prevents sudden vehicle movement due to accelerator malfunction or misoperation.
- Overvoltage Protection Function: When the bus voltage is too high, vehicle movement is prohibited to protect the motor and controller.
- Undervoltage Deceleration Function: When the battery pack voltage is below the set value, the controller enters a protection state, the drive current and maximum speed are halved, and an alarm is triggered and the output is cut off after 3 minutes.
- Temperature Protection Function: Overtemperature Protection: When the radiator temperature exceeds the set value, the controller enters a protection state and issues an alarm (current halved at 75℃, output cut off at 85℃).
- Current Limiting Function: Current limiting function is available in both driving and regenerative braking states.
- Emergency Stop Function: Allows the vehicle to quickly enter a stop state in an emergency.
- Emergency Reverse Function: In the running state, connecting the emergency reverse switch allows the vehicle to quickly enter reverse.
- Cruise Control Function: In the running state, connecting the cruise control switch puts the vehicle into cruise control mode.
- Diagnostic Function: The vehicle's operating status can be observed via LED status lights or a handheld programmer.
- Supports 2 Operating Modes: Operating modes can be switched via a mode switch for convenient operation in different situations.
- Push Function: Closing the push switch releases the electromagnetic brake for easy pushing.
- Electromagnetic Brake Detection Function: Detects short circuits or open circuits in the electromagnetic brake to ensure braking effectiveness.
